Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed; request information if so; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn third parties to whom data is transferred; request correction of incomplete or incorrect data; request deletion or destruction; object to decisions arising solely from automated processing; and seek compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
